About Us

We are Chris – a bacon cheeseburger type of guy; and Kim – an eclectic, “if it smells good I’ll try it” type of gal.  We’re just two regular Jerseyans who really love to eat, and while I (Kim) love to prepare some awesome meals for the family, we still thoroughly enjoy going out to find some great grub.  One day while eating the most amazing hot dogs and comparing them to the most terrible hot dogs we previously had at a “world famous” hot dog joint (there will be words to follow), it came to us – this great little place, tucked away in a tiny strip mall, with a very small sign, really needs to be known.  It was the perfect example of “people need to know what they’re missing” we needed to really get this thing going.  In our hunt for great little eateries, we’ve had some unexpected surprises, both good and bad. So here we are, hoping to inform the rest of the regular Jerseyans like us about those goods and bads… and even the uglies.  We hope you enjoy our blog!  And please, if you know of a place you’d like us to check out, feel free to offer suggestions!
